Well if you mean like it makes you hearing better as in you can hear better without hearing aids no. Hearing aid simply amplify sounds.

It depends on the type and degree of hearing loss a person has as well as the desire of the hearing impaired person to want to try to improve their hearing, but generally yes, hearing aids can help a hearing impaired person.
